Blood pressure is the measure of blood force circulating on the walls of your blood vessels.Systolic is the maximum pressure your heart contracts in a cycle while Diastolic is the minimum value the blood pressure reaches when the ventricles relaxes.

It is normal for your blood pressure to change because your body adapts to different situations. Medicine intake, stress level, activity levels may affect your blood pressure. For meaningful comparison, you can take your blood pressure on a regular basis under similar conditions.

Zen BP can be used on both arms but most people prefer to use it on their non-dominant hand. Although, we recommend you to use it on your left arm because it is closer to your heart.

There are different causes of getting inaccurate readings like:

• Wrong cuff positioning and body posture, not on a sitting position, your arm and back are not supported; your feet are not flat on the floor.
• Eating, drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages, smoking, exercising and the likes before taking the BP measurements.

 

Our body necessarily reacts to stress, disease, medicines and other situations we are doing.If you are going to take your blood pressure, make sure you are in a proper position and rest for at least 5 minutes.

You can download and install Zen BP app from App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android devices.

It takes around 5 hours to fully charge the battery of your Zen BP for the first use, next or succeeding uses may only require 2 to 3 hours.

Zen Blood Pressure Monitor can be used within 24 hours continuously or an average of 48 times.

The monitor has a battery indicator which you may see on the upper right corner of screen

Washing the cuff is not recommended instead you may wipe the inner side of the cuff with a soft cloth and lightly moistened with Ethyl alcohol.

Zen BP may still be used without the app. However, the app allows you to save vital readings for more individuals, whereas, the Zen BP itself can only save data records up to a maximum of 2 persons.

Zen BP can record the blood pressure readings, pulse rate and time, the readings will store automatically on the device. You can preview all the readings by clicking the historical data review button.

Zen BP is safe for check-in baggage as long as it is turned off and secured properly inside the pouch.

Zen BP is rated IP22, a standard rating for indoor devices, which means that it can be expected to work properly under water droplet situations. Although, we advise to keep the unit dry and away from harsh conditions.

The warranty is standard one year from the date of delivery.

Measuring body temperature is important because it can indicate the state of a patient's essential body functions. It is part of the initial assessment in determining and treating illnesses and can monitor whether or not your treatment is working.

Zen Temp is specifically designed for armpit sensor.

It’s important to use the Zen Temp properly by placing the device under the armpit. Remember, our body temperature necessarily changes throughout the day as it reacts to the time of day and activities we’re doing. Any physical activity may increase the body temperature.

Temperature may vary depending on the condition of the body, some may tend to be warm throughout the day as a result, fever in the early morning might occur at lower temperature than fever occur later on the day. Body temperature may also be influenced by hormones particularly to the women who may have rise and fall at different points during their menstrual cycle.

The battery of the Zen Temp is non replaceable, it is built-in lithium ion that would last for 5-6 years on an average use.

Longest distance of 10 meters for the Bluetooth to stay connected.

Zen Temp cannot be used without the Zen Temp app because the measuring result is transmitted to mobile application immediately.

Zen Temp App doesn’t require WiFi connection and mobile data, you may only use the Bluetooth for connectivity.
